We are happy to arrange for you a visit to the shipyard to inspect the ongoing construction process, as well as
integrated management of the completion of this highly exclusive project!
The asking price of 215 million USD (or about 192 million euros at the current exchange rate) seems a bit steep to me.
But you can’t blame an owner / investor / speculator for trying to make a substantial profit
Speculators often try to sell a (under construction or just launched) large motoryacht at an asking price that often is
about 25 to 50 million euros above what the yard charged for it. Example: Lurssen’s Solandge (175 asking, but 150 is
a deal). Or Oceanco’s Nirvana that initially had an absurd pricetag of 230 million euros
